Administrative Assistant - Fort Myers, FL

Candidate should have a view on a career path in property management to assist the property manager with the day-to-day administration achieving the financial and operational goals of a portfolio of properties in the Fort Myers area. 


Ideal candidate will have strong accounts payable experience, ideally using accounts payable software such as Nexus, Yardi or Avid, and have experience with property management accounting software such as MRI or Yardi. 

The candidate selected must have a proven record of being detailed-oriented, strong work ethic, decisive, creative, extremely proactive, high energy, organized, strong writing skills, and have a diligent work ethic.  

In addition, the successful candidate must be able to work independently, be proactive, have strong leadership qualities, and accomplishing tasks within assigned time constraints.  

Remote work is an option with this position.
